Westgate Resorts which was represented by Sean Glickman sold the hospitality building at 7470 W. Irlo Bronson Kissimmee, FL, to Inmobiliaria Carso, S.A. DE C.V for $9 million, or $18,000 per room.Built in 1974, the eight-story hotel totals 303,592 square feet with 500 rooms. The property sits on 8.97acres and is in the Osceola Outlying submarket.Sean Glickman, Vice President of Investment Advisory Group at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller and the buyer.
